PLAYER OF THE WEEK Peyton Oliver, Johnson & Wales (Gr., H) Graduate hitter Peyton Oliver had an impressive week, averaging over 14 kills and seven digs per match as the Wildcats finished with a 2-2 record. On Tuesday (Sept. 24) against Nichols, she recorded 17 kills, seven digs, and two blocks. Her best offensive showing came on Friday (Sept. 27), where she notched 18 kills and three service aces. During a doubleheader on Saturday (Sept. 28), she achieved a double-double in the first match against Nazareth, finishing with 10 kills and 11 digs, before adding another 10 kills and seven digs in the second match against Canton. Oliver currently leads the GNAC in kills (195) and is ranked fourth in kills per set. |

SETTER OF THE WEEK Kason Huynh, Emmanuel (So., S) Saints setter Kason Huynh had an outstanding week, amassing 61 total assists and 18 digs over two matches. On Tuesday (Sept. 21) against Framingham State, the sophomore recorded 37 assists, averaging 12.33 assists per set, along with six digs and two blocks in a commanding 3-0 sweep. On Friday (Sept. 27), Huynh achieved a double-double against Elms, tallying 24 assists and 12 digs in a 3-1 victory. She currently ranks second in the GNAC for total assists (322) and leads the conference in assists per set (8.26). |

LIBERO OF THE WEEK Carolina Rodriguez, Simmons (So., L) Sophomore libero Carolina Rodriguez was a defensive powerhouse or the Sharks, registering 47 digs over a two-match week that helped Simmons start GNAC play with a 2-0 record. On Saturday (Sept. 28) against Norwich, Rodriguez recorded 20 digs, averaging 6.67 digs per set in a 3-0 victory. This marked her fourth time this season with over 20 digs. Later that day against Albertus Magnus she notched another 27 digs for an average of nine digs per set in another 3-0 sweep. This marked a career single-game high for Rodriguez. |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Nevaeh Arnold, Johnson & Wales (Fy., H) First-year hitter Neveah Arnold wins back to back rookie of the week honors after her strong performance across four games this past week for the Wildcats. To start off the week on Tuesday (Sept. 24) she notched a double-double with 11 kills and 25 assists. She also registered seven digs in the match. On the week Arnold averaged six kills, six and a half digs, and almost 19 assists across the four matches.

WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Amanda Zdru, Albertus Magnus - The graduate libero totaled 70 digs across three games in a 2-1 week for the Falcons. Zdru recorded an impressive career high 47 digs in a three set sweep over Norwich.
Shalese Gordon, Albertus Magnus - Falcons Setter Shalese Gordon notched 58 assists and 24 digs across three matches for the Falcons. Her best performance was against Norwich where she recorded a double-double with 29 assists and 12 digs.
Jaylen Holman, Elms - The junior setter totaled 46 assists and 27 digs across two matches this past week. In both games she recorded a double-double.
Kiersten Veenstra, Mitchell - The sophomore dished out 65 assists, 19 digs, and seven kills across nine sets in a 1-1 week for Mitchell.
Ahnasia Mckinney, Regis - Mckinney notched her fourth triple-double of the season in a 3-0 sweep over Dean. She recorded 10 kills, 13 assists, and 10 digs as well as one service ace.
Ali Rivera, Rivier - Helped the Raiders go 2-0 in conference play this week while putting up 23 kills and 15 digs across the two matches. She also recorded six service aces.
