Chargers Season Ends In Round Of 32

AMHERST, MASS. - The Colby-Sawyer women's tennis team would see their season come to an end in the round of 32 of the NCAA tournament after a hard fought match against Claremont Mudds-Scripps. 

Rapid Recap:

• The duo of Payton Dugan (Vincennes, Ind.) and Avery Nielson (Thornhill, Ontario) would pick up a point during number two doubles. In number three doubles, Sky Jara (South Hamilton, Mass.) and Callie Valeri (New London, N.H.) would pick up a point as well but the match would go unfinished as C.M.S. picked up the doubles point.
• C.M.S. would go on to sweep the singles match-ups as well to win the match 4-0.

The Chargers season has come to an end but they return to the court in the Fall as they look to compete well in their new conference for the first time as they will take part in the Conference of New England.
