PLAYER OF THE WEEK Sophia Quinlan, Rivier (So., OF) Sophomore Sophia Quinlan had a huge week at the plate for the Raiders, helping the team to six straight wins. The outfielder hit .632 with a .638 on-base percentage and a .947 slugging percentage, totaling 12 hits, including four doubles and a triple, while driving in 10 runs and scoring seven times. She was also perfect in the field, posting a 1.000 fielding percentage with four putouts and an assist in left field. |

PITCHER OF THE WEEK Piper Kinney, Simmons (Jr., P) Junior right-hander Piper Kinney put together a dominant week in the circle, going 2-0 with a 0.50 ERA across 14 innings pitched. She struck out 19 total batters and allowed just one earned run. She picked up a 2-1 win over Norwich (Apr. 23) with nine strikeouts and just one walk, before fanning 10 more batters the next day in an 8-1 victory over Anna Maria (Apr. 24). |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Karla Carangelo, Albertus Magnus (Fr., UT) First-year Karla Carangelo put together a standout week at the plate to help the Falcons to a 4-2 record. The rookie batted .563 (9-for-16) with a .682 on-base percentage and a 1.000 slugging percentage. She racked up three doubles, one triple, eight runs scored, and also had three stolen bases across the six games. Carangelo’s steady presence in the lineup played a key role in the Falcons' strong finish to the regular season. |
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Annabelle Jabs, Albertus Magnus - Appeared in four games for the Falcons this week and recorded three wins and one save. Over 16.1 innings pitched, she struck out 12 batters and allowed just one run, finishing the week with an impressive 0.43 ERA.
Jill Reed, Johnson & Wales - Went 2-0 on the week with wins over Saint Joseph (Conn.) and New England College. Allowed just one earned run and also tacked on five strikeouts.
Katie Cosmos, Elms - Went 8-for-15 at the plate (.533) with two doubles, seven RBIs, and two runs scored.
Mia Fernandes, Emmanuel - Went 10-for-20 (.500) with a triple and a homerun to help the Amcats go 3-3 on the week. She also had two stolen bases.
Mady Lyons, Johnson & Wales - Batted .462 going 6-of-13 with one double and a two-run home run.
Gemma Landry, Mitchell - Slashed .636/.667/.909 on the week with three doubles, four RBIs, and two runs scored, going 7-for-11 at the plate and recording at least one hit in each of her three games.
Kate Gagne, New England College - Had a breakout week for the Pilgrims, batting .611 with 11 hits on 18 at bats, five runs scored, and three RBI.
Madison DeCota, Norwich - Made a big impact at the plate, slashing .462/.481/.692 with nine runs scored, four stolen bases, and four extra-base hits (three doubles and one home run). She totaled 18 bases and drove in eight runs on the week. She also pitched 37.1 total innings and struck out 16 batters while allowing 15 runs to post a 2.81 ERA.
Bianca Burke, Regis - Helped lead the Pride to a 4-2 week, hitting .522 (12-for-23) with three doubles, two triples, five RBIs, seven runs scored, and three stolen bases.
Hailey Berube, Rivier - Started in four games this week for the Raiders where she pitched 25 total innings and went 3-1. She had 15 total strikeouts and only allowed four runs, posting a 1.12 ERA.
Ally Hyde, Simmons - Pitched two complete games against both Norwich and Anna Maria where she did not allow a single run and also notched six strikeouts.
Raya Anderson, Simmons - Guided the Sharks to a 4-0 week posting a .538 batting average with a staggering 1.648 On-Base Plus Slugging percentage. She went 3-for-4 in game one against Anna Maria where she recorded one triple, one homerun, and three RBI. She also became the new program in stolen bases (56).
