GNAC Cross Country Report: Week 3
Saint Joseph's of Maine's Troy Hendricks and rookie Camilla Grosso took home weekly honors for their respective performances at the UNE Invitational over the weekend.

MEN'S RUNNER OF THE WEEK Troy Hendricks, Saint Joseph's College (So. - Hiram, ME.) Hendricks led the Monks and finished 12th overall with a 27:07 time in the 8K UNE Invitational on Saturday. |

MEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Kavanaugh won the Mitchell Invitational with a 5K time of 17:34.5 (5:39 mile pace), nearly five seconds in front of second-place Ricky Elmer of Elms College, and nearly 20 seconds in front of the next highest GNAC runner. The win was crucial to the men's second-place finish overall, the highest ever finish for the USJ Men's Cross Country team. |

WOMEN'S RUNNER / ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Camilla Grosso, Saint Joseph's College (Fr. - Cape Elizabeth, ME.) Grosso paced the Monks and placed 22nd overall with a 20:39 time in the 5K UNE Invitational on Saturday. |
WEEK 3 HONOR ROLL
Zach Curry, Johnson & Wales (RI) (Fy.) - Curry led Johnson & Wales to first place at the Mitchell College Invitational in New London, Conn. crossing the finish line with a time of 17:54.2. In the process, he bested his mile time by two minutes from last week to 5:45.
