WTRACK: Emmanuel Seeks Three-Peat In Sunday's Championship; Finishes First In Pre-Championship Poll
WINTHROP, Mass. – The 2026 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships will take place on Sunday, Feb. 15 at the Boston University Track & Tennis Center.
The meet is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. with representatives from Colby-Sawyer, Emmanuel, Lasell, Regis, Saint Joseph's (Maine), and Simmons (Women’s) will be competing.
In preparation for Sunday's championship event, the league's six Women’s Indoor Track & Field head coaches conducted a Pre-Championship Poll last week in order of projected finish.
Coming in first with 35 points and five first-place votes are the two-time reigning champion Emmanuel Saints as they look to three-peat as they head into Sunday's event as the pre-championship favorites. Saint Joseph's (Maine) received the remaining first-place vote as the Monks collected 30 points.
Regis received 22 points with a third-place projection, followed by Colby-Sawyer (21), Lasell (11), and Simmons (seven) in that order to fill out the 4-6 spots.
The GNAC Championships will feature 16 scoring events. The event order is available below.
