MEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Michael Allo, St. Joseph (Conn.) (Sr., Newington, Conn.) - Broke the school record in the 100 breaststroke (1:01.04), 200 breaststroke (2:15.07) and 500 freestyle (5:04.54) during the Connecticut Cup. Finished in fifth place in the 100 yard breaststroke and 8th in the 200 yard breaststroke |

WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Kelsey Brown, Colby-Sawyer (Sr., Douglas, Mass.) - Brown clutched a first-place finish in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:01.89. Brown also secured second place with a time of 2:21.01 in the 200-yard individual medley. Brown struck again on the second day of the invitational with another first-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly clocking in at 1:01.37. |

MEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Ryan Kim, Regis (Fr., Los Angeles, Calif.) - Friday night against Elms, Ryan Kim broke a 13-year old Regis Pool record in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:15.93, almost one full second faster than the previous mark of 2:16.92. Earlier in the meet, Kim posted personal-best times in the 50 breaststroke (29.33) and the 50 freestyle (24.07), plus he was part of the 800 freestyle relay that also set a Regis Pool record with an overall time of 7:47.30, over 20 seconds faster than the previous standard. Saturday at the Bridgewater State Invitational, he picked up a victory in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:16.70. He also finished second in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:03.70 and third in the 50 breaststroke in 29.45 seconds. |

WOMEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Carli Quinlan, Simmons (Fr., Haverhill, Mass.) - Against nationally ranked programs at the MIT Invitational, first-year Carli Quinlan clocked the program's first sub two-minute time in the 200 freestyle for the first time this season. Competing in the B final, the Haverhill native touched the wall with a season-best, top time of 1:59.06. Quinlan continued to show steady improvement clocking a collegiate-best time of 24.95 in the 50-yard freestyle to earn 3.5 points for the Sharks. On the final day, she posted a season-best time of 1:00.60 in the prelims of the 100 fly then finished third in the C finals of the 100 free (55.30). |
