SWIMMING & DIVING: Roger Williams Leads Men's & Women's Standings Entering Championship Final Day
The GNAC associate member Hawks, competing in their first-ever GNAC Championship meet, are looking to sweep the team titles on Sunday evening at BSI in Wellesley, Mass.

WELLESLEY, Mass. – Participating in their first-ever Great Northeast Athletic Conference Swimming & Diving Championships, associate member Roger Williams has both its men and women in the driver's seat entering Sunday's final day of the meet.
The RWU women have 704 points following Friday and Saturday's action, while its men lead the team standings with 276 points. For the complete team standings entering Sunday night's finals, which begin at 4:00 PM, please see below.
Through 24 events, we have seen six GNAC women's records and 10 GNAC men's records broken or matched, with all but two being set by front-running Roger Williams.
In the women's team standings, the University of New England has a narrow 388-366 edge over third-place Simmons University, which has won the last 16 GNAC Championships. Regis College sits in fourth place with 310 points, just ahead of Norwich University's 307 points.
On the men's side, Norwich is 82 points back of RWU with 194 points, while University of Saint Joseph (CT) is in third place with 92 points.
