Player Of The Week
Jamie McDonough, Elms (Sr.)
Senior forward Jamie McDonough led the Blazers to a 3-0 win over Dean (Sept. 20) in their lone game of the week. She recorded a hat trick, accounting for all three goals to finish with six points. McDonough took eight shots, six on target, and currently leads the GNAC in goals (8) while sitting in a three-way tie for first in points (16).
Goalkeeper Of The Week
Gabby Calidonio, Colby-Sawyer (Sr.)
Senior goalkeeper Gabby Calidonio had a standout week for the Chargers, totaling 16 saves across two matches while allowing just two goals. She opened with two saves in a 1-1 draw against Keene State (Sept. 16) before turning in a 14-save performance in another 1-1 draw with the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) (Sept. 20). Calidonio finished the week with a .889 save percentage and currently ranks third in the GNAC in saves (42) and second in save percentage (.840).
Rookie Of The Week
Mia Carll, Regis (Fr.)
Rookie forward Mia Carll helped Regis to a 2-0 week with a 2-1 win over Fitchburg State (Sept. 16) and a 6-0 victory against New England College (Sept. 20), marking the Pride’s first conference win of the season. Carll recorded two goals and an assist in the conference matchup to finish the week with five points. She also tallied five shots, four on target, and is now tied for second on the team in points (5).
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Lauren Ardolino, Colby-Sawyer - Scored both goals for Colby-Sawyer this week in a pair of 1-1 draws against Keene State (Sept. 16) and the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) (Sept. 20).
Sarah Dullaghan, Emmanuel - Recorded two goals and an assist for four points in a 7-0 win over Mitchell (Sept. 20).
Elizabeth DaSilva, Lasell - Had 10 saves in a 1-1 draw against Rivier (Sept. 20), finishing the week with a .909 save percentage.
Lily Briggs, Norwich - Netted two goals in a 3-0 win against Saint Joseph’s (Maine) (Sept. 20), including an “Olimpico” goal for the game-winner.
Leah Morrier, Rivier - Totaled four points across the week with one goal and two assists in a 7-2 win over Nichols (Sept. 16). Currently leads the GNAC in assists (6) and is in a three-way tie for first in points (16).
