GNAC Women's Soccer Report: Week 2
Albertus Magnus' Katherine Raposo had a nine-point week en route to weekly honors on Monday.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK Katherine Raposo, Albertus Magnus (Sr., F - Warwick, RI) - Raposo enjoyed a nine-point week for the Falcons, scoring four goals to go along with one assist. The senior scored in both games for Albertus and recorded her first hat trick of the season in the Falcons' 7-2 win over Rivier. In the 5-4 loss to Manhattanville, Raposo was one of four players to score a goal and also tallied an assist.

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK Lexi Della Rocco, Emmanuel (Mass.) (So, GK - Chester, Conn.) - Della Rocco backed the Saints this week, posting 22 saves to go along with a 1.56 GAA and .815 save percentage. She opened the action with a career-high 13 save outing vs. previously unbeaten Lesley University in a 2-2 draw and came right back with a six-save performance in a 0-0 shutout vs. Wentworth for her first collegiate clean sheet.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Alyssa DeOliveira, Lasell (Fr., M/F - East Providence, R.I.) - Scored two goals and added one assist in a 1-1 week for Lasell. She scored her first and second career goals and added one assist in a 3-0 GNAC opening victory over Emmanuel.

HONOR ROLL
Erina Ismaili, Albertus Magnus (So., F - Middlebury, Conn.) - Ismaili helped lead the Falcons to a 1-1 week, collecting a pair of goals, including a game-winner and an assist for Albertus. The sophomore opened the week scoring her first collegiate goal in the 5-4 loss to Manhattanville and then netted a goal (game-winner) and an assist in the 7-2 win over Rivier.
Rachel Matloff, Anna Maria (Sr., GK - Grafton, Mass.)- Matloff put on a clinic for the AMCATS on Saturday, turning away 10 of 11 shots on goal for a .909 save percentage against USJ in GNAC action. For the week, the senior netminder finished with 12 saves and allowed just two goals in 180 minutes.
Angelina Carrion, Johnson & Wales (RI) (So., CM - Hackensack, N.J.) - Carrion totaled five points over her two matches in the past week, with her most impressive performance coming in a GNAC contest against Colby-Sawyer. Against the Chargers, Carrion she took eight shots with five going on goal, while scoring two. One of her goals was a free kick into the top corner, with the second coming off of a headed effort into off of a corner kick. She also added one assist, helping the Wildcats to a 7-0 victory on Saturday.
Kyli Swann, Lasell (So., G - Queen Creek, Ariz.) - Got her first career win and shutout while making 10 saves in a 1-1 week for Lasell. She made five saves on seven shots in an early week loss to Babson. She made all five saves she was called upon for en route to her first career victory and shutout in the GNAC opening 3-0 win over Emmanuel.
Miya Nishibun, Regis (Mass.) (Sr., B/M - Honolulu, Hawaii) - In her first career collegiate start, Miya Nishibun notched a hat trick to lead Regis to a 4-0 victory over Dean Saturday. The first goal came less than a minute into the contest as the Pride quickly took control of the match. Her other two goals came in the second half to solidify the victory. She nearly doubled her career shot total in the match, taking seven shots Saturday after coming into the contest with eight career shots.
Maxine Muscatello, St. Joseph (Conn.) (Jr., F - Berlin, Conn.) - The junior had a goal and two assists in a 2-0 week, including a three-point performance in a 2-0 win at RIC.
Madison Michaud, Saint Joseph's (Me.) (Jr, Forward - Presque Isle, Maine) - Michaud played a hand in four of the Monks' five goals in a 5-1 victory over Elms on Saturday afternoon as part of 1-1 week. The junior forward netted three goals and added an assist to help Saint Joseph's remain undefeated in GNAC play.
