Co-Player of the Week
Kendrea Walker (New Haven, Conn.), Senior, Forward, Albertus Magnus College
Walker led the Falcons in back-to-back wins as she averaged 22 points in an average 30 minutes of work on the week. She shot 58.1% from the floor and pulled down an average of 16.5 rebounds per contest. In the Falcons' 73-65 win over Pine Manor, Walker scored 20 points and pulled down 15 rebounds. In the Falcons' come-from-behind 66-60 win at Sage, she paced the Falcons with 24 points and 18 rebounds.
Co-Player of the Week
Kristin Brice (Indiana, Pa.), Sophomore, Forward, Emerson College
Brice was superb again on the week for the Lions, leading them to three straight wins to push their winning streak to six, averaging 22.3 points and 10.7 rebounds. The sophomore put up three consecutive double-doubles on the week. Brice put up 21 points against Mount Ida and 23 against Both Pine Manor and Fisher while shooting 61% in field goals and a lethal 85% from the line. Against Fisher alone she shot 78% from the floor and a perfect 9-for-9 from the line in only 21 minutes of action.
Rookie of the Week
Morgan Cahill (Yarmouth, Maine), Freshman, Center, Saint Joseph's College (ME)
Cahill scored a game-high 20 points off a 9-11 shooting effort in a 74-63 loss at the hands of Bridgewater State University on Tuesday. The freshman post player added six rebounds, five blocks and four steals in the losing effort.
