GNAC Men's Volleyball Report: Week 9
Again led by junior Jacob LaBouliere, No. 14 ranked Wentworth swept all four GNAC weekly awards on Monday afternoon.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK Jacob LaBouliere, Wentworth (Jr., OH - Pipersville, Pa.) - En route to his fourth consecutive GNAC Offensive Player of the Week honor, the junior averaged 5.50 kills per set, 2.50 digs per set, and hit .662 across 3-0 week. He had a season-high 26 kills (6.50 per set) in four sets against Rivier, registered 18 (6.00 per set) in a 3-0 sweeo of North Park, and was only called upon to play one set versus Regis. |

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK Hunter Oshman, Wentworth (Sr., RS - Pennington, N.J.) - Oshman averaged 1.33 blocks per set in a 3-0 week for the Leopards, including seven total blocks in a 3-1 road win over Rivier. He also contributed 3.33 kills per set on a .410 hitting percentage. |

SETTER OF THE WEEK Josh Milke, Wentworth (So., S - Eastampton, N.J.) - Milke registered 94 assists in a 3-0 week, good for 10.44 assists per set. He also contibuted 1.22 digs per set for the Leopards against North Park, Regis and Rivier. |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Nicolai Bell, Wentworth (Fr., MH - Moraga, Calif.) - Bell averaged 1.50 kills per se on an impressive .458 hitting percentage across a 3-0 week. He also averaged 1.13 blocks per set in the three wins, including four total against GNAC rival Rivier. |
GNAC HONOR ROLL
Jesus Garcia, Lasell (Senior, S) - Garcia averaged 7.29 assists and 1.82 digs per set in a four-match week for the Lasers.
Jordan Shinaut, Lasell (Sophomore, OPP) - Nearly had three 20 kill matches in a row with 19, 28, and 22. His 28 kills was just three shy of tying the school record of 31, and his 61 attacks was just three short of the school record.
Joseph Perez, Regis (Mass.) (Jr., OH - Miami, Fla.) - Perez led Regis offensively in a tri-match against the top two teams in the GNAC. Against host Rivier, he collected eight kills and seven digs. In the match against #14 Wentworth, he led all players with 12 kills, hit .304 in the match, and also earned two service aces and two digs. It was the fifth time this season Perez hit over .300 in a match in which he had at least 10 attack attempts.
