MEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Ryan Farr, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Jr., Gorham, Maine) - Farr placed fifth in the 200-Meter Dash (23.33) and ran a leg for the Monks' 4x400-Meter Relay quartet, which placed fifth overall with a 3:40.65 time, at the 2023 Maine State Championships on Saturday |

WOMEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Ariel Foster, Lasell (Fr., Dorchester, Mass.) - Foster competed in a field filled with D1 schools at the BU Scarlet and White Invite. She posted the season's top 60 meter dash time (7.82) in the prelims before running a 7.90 in the finals for an eighth-place finish. |

MEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Drew Doughty, Colby-Sawyer (So., Bedford, N.H.) - On Saturday, the Colby-Sawyer indoor track & field team competed in the Panther Invitational II featuring seven schools for the men. Doughty had a successful meet for the Chargers after placing first overall in the pole vault event with a mark of 3.55 meters to help claim 10 points for Colby-Sawyer. |

WOMEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Brooklyn Goff, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Jr., Biddeford, Maine) - Goff scored in all three of her events at the Maine State Championship on Saturday, placing fourth in the 60-Meter Hurdles (9.92), fourth in the High Jump (1.51m), and eighth in the Long Jump with a new team record 4.88m leap. Both her HJ and LJ marks are tops in the GNAC this season. |

MEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Abdirizak Abukar, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Fr., Lewiston, Maine (Jr., Winthrop, Maine) - Abdirizak broke his own team record and placed third overall with a 22.75 time in the 200-Meter Dash at the 2023 Maine State Championships on Saturday. |
