Swimmer Of The Week
Kristian Adlianitski, Norwich (Jr.)
Junior Kristian Adlianitski delivered a dominant sprint performance in Norwich's 148-68 win over Regis College on Saturday, earning a pair of individual victories and contributing to a relay win. The junior took first place in both the 50-yard freestyle (21.97) and 100-yard freestyle (49.93), topping the field in each event by wide margins. He also swam the breaststroke leg in the Cadets' winning 200-yard medley relay squad, which posted a 1:39.64 finish, more than 13 seconds faster than the rest of the field. His performance helped Norwich win 10 of 13 events to open GNAC competition in commanding fashion.

Josh Dion, Regis (So.)
Sophomore Josh Dion claimed the top spot in the five-dive portion with a score of 117.35, and then finished as the runner-up in the six-dive portion by just 6.3 points.
Rookie Of The Week
Gabe Wettig, Norwich (So.)
Sophomore Gabe Wettig turned in an impressive performance in his first career head-to-head meet, helping Norwich to a 148-68 home win over Regis College. The sophomore competed in three events, earning a runner-up finish in the 100-yard freestyle (52.08), a third-place showing in the 200-yard IM (2:13.21), and swimming the second leg of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay team, which posted a 3:23.56 to cap off the meet. Wettig's contributions were key to Norwich's 10-win afternoon in their home opener at Goodyear Pool.

Drew Bylow, Norwich - Notched a pair of individual victories and anchored a winning relay as Norwich opened its home schedule with a 148-68 triumph over Regis College on Saturday. The sophomore took first in the 200-yard freestyle (1:51.11) and 100-yard backstroke (55.40), both by comfortable margins. He also swam the opening backstroke leg of the Cadets' winning 200-yard medley relay, helping the quartet post a dominant 1:39.64 finish. Bylow's consistency and versatility helped Norwich claim 10 of 13 events.
Andrew Clark, Norwich - Earned two individual victories to help Norwich capture a 148-68 win over Regis College in Saturday's home opener. The senior posted wins in the 100-yard butterfly (54.01) and 500-yard freestyle (5:12.62), leading wire-to-wire in both events. He also contributed to the Cadets' winning 200-yard medley relay team, which clocked a 1:39.64 to win by over 13 seconds.
Cody Werner, Regis - Led the way for Regis with a first-place finish in the 100 breaststroke, clocking in at 1:05.61 to edge his Norwich opponent by just 0.55 seconds before taking second in the 200 IM (2:11.03).
