MSWIMDIVE: Norwich Completes The Four-Peat On The Final Day; Wins Two Major Awards
Worcester, Mass. - For the fourth consecutive year in a row, the Norwich Men's Swimming & Diving team collects the Great Northeast Athletic Conference trophy after collecting a total of 462.50 points throughout the three-day weekend event.
Sunday featured the final final eight events of this year's title chase.
The Cadets captured seven events on the day with Adrian Riendeau winning the 100 free, Kristian Adlianitski winning the 50 breaststroke, Connor Hallstrom winning the 1650, Drew Bylow winning the 100 backstroke and 200 IM, Andrew Clark winning the 200 butterfly, and a quartet of Cadets winning the 400 medley relay to cap off the night.
USJ was this year's runner-up as the Blue Jays scored 207.50 points after a strong showing this whole weekend, capped off by a victory from Henry Pennell, who captured the 3M Diving competition.
In third place was Regis as they collected 168 points on the weekend, followed by Elms (24) and Albertus Magnus (nine).
In addition to the final events of this year's championship, the conference also honored its major award winners. Drew Bylow of Norwich took home Swimmer of the Year honors, while his teammate Gabe Wettig was named Rookie of the Year. For USJ, Henry Pennell was named Diver of the Year.
Meanwhile, USJ's head coach Alexandra Albert was voted the Coach of the Year while Elms also won the Institutional Sportsmanship award.
The top three finishers in each event were also recognized as the 2026 All-Conference honorees. The full list is included below.
