Player Of The Week
Nick Pestrichello, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) (Sr.)
Senior Nick Pestrichello paced the USJ offense during a perfect 2-0 week, tallying 14 points off 11 goals and three assists. He started the week by netting six goals in the Blue Jays' 13-5 win against Lasell and capped off the week by posting an eight-point game, scoring five goals while dishing out three assists during the team's 19-7 road win at Regis.
Goalkeeper Of The Week
Jake Lydon, Rivier (So.)
Sophomore Jake Lydon made 20 saves (74.1 sv%) and allowed just seven goals (4.00 gaa) in the 2-0 week for the Raiders. Lydon had five saves in the 23-3 win over Regis on Wednesday before he collected 15 more saves, allowing just five goals, and scoring his first ever collegiate goal going coast-to-coast in the rematch of the 2025 GNAC Championship game and 10-5 win over Lasell on Saturday.
Rookie Of The Week
Conor Walsh, Rivier (Fr.)
Freshman Conor Walsh totaled nine points on five goals and four assists in the 2-0 week for the Raiders as he recorded three goals and four assists, both career-highs, in the 23-3 win over Regis and added two more goals in a 10-5 win over Lasell.
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Manny Alvarez-Segee, Dean - Alvarez-Segee had five goals and a assist with five ground balls in a 16-6 win over Mt. St. Vincent.
Devano Clarke, Elms - Clarke netted eight of the Blazers' 15 goals in win over Mitchell with six ground balls and five caused turnovers.
Caleb Smith, Elms - Smith made 15 saves in a 15-5 win over Mitchell.
Cole Cloney, Emmanuel - Cloney had nine goals and five assists for 14 points in a 2-0 week for the Saints. He collected nine points in a 12-6 win over New England College with six goals and three assists before netting three and assisting two in a shutout victory over Colby-Sawyer.
Brandon Cavicchi, Saint Joseph's (Maine) - Cavicchi paced the Monks’ offense in a 2-0 week with 10 goals and nine assists for 19 points in a pair of GNAC victories. He opened the week with a dominant performance in a win over Colby-Sawyer, recording seven goals and eight assists for 15 points while adding four ground balls and 14 shots. Cavicchi followed with three goals and an assist in a 19-3 victory over Albertus Magnus in Saturday.
Noah Isleib, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) - Isleib anchored the cage for USJ in a perfect 2-0 week, recording 18 saves, a 62.1 save percentage and a 6.05 GAA. Isleib started the week by notching 13 saves in the 13-5 win against Lasell and concluded the week by tallying five saves across 49:09 minutes in the 19-7 road win at Regis.
