GNAC Men's Golf Report: Week 5
University of Southern Maine senior Tristan Dundas was co-medalist at the MMA Mariner Invitational and the low medalist at the USM Fall Classic to capture top GNAC weekly honors.

GOLFER OF THE WEEK Tristan Dundas, Southern Maine (Sr., Abbotsford, B.C.) In two events last week, Dundas was the co-medalist at the Maine Maritime Academy Mariner Invitational and the low medalist at the USM Fall Classic. Dundas and teammate Kyle Morin shared the low medalist honor at the Mariner Invitational carding a 5-over par 75. Dundas carded rounds of 75-70 for a 3-over par 145 total to top the leader board at the USM Fall Classic. Dundas has won or shared low medalist honors three times this fall. |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Trevor Flanagan, Saint Joseph's of Maine (Fr., Monmouth, Maine) Flanagan finished in a tie for eighth with a 152 (74-78) score in the USM Fall Classic on Sunday and Monday. The freshman was tied for first with a 74 through the first 18 holes on Sunday. |
WEEK 5 HONOR ROLL
Ryan Sember, Albertus Magnus (Jr., Branford, Conn.) - Sember earned medalist honors to guide Albertus to a second-place finish and a season-low one-round team score (324) at the Mitchell Invite III on Tuesday. Sember carded a 75 to earn first place in the 15-golfer field.
Evan Moore, Rhode Island College (Sr., Portsmouth, RI) - Moore was a medalist with a score of 74 as RIC finished second overall at the RIC Homecoming Invitational played at Valley Country Club on Friday afternoon.
Owen Boggini, Suffolk (Sr. Tolland, Conn.) - Boggini paced Suffolk to the RIC Homecoming Invitational Title. The senior shot a 76 on the 18-hole, par-72 course, just two strokes behind individual champion Evan Moore of RIC.
