PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sam Taylor, Lasell (Jr., F - Hanover, Mass.)
Taylor scored three goals and added one assist for seven points in a pair of non-conference wins for Lasell last week. She tallied two goals and one assist as Lasell rallied from two goals down to defeat previously undefeated WPI in overtime on Tuesday, 4-3, and she scored the game-winning goal in the final minute Thursday in Lasell's 3-2 win over UMass Dartmouth.
GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
Lucy McNamara, Simmons (Sophomore, GK - Brewster, Mass.)
In the only match of the week for Simmons, the goalie posted a shutout with five saves over Rivier on Saturday.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Sofia Rodriguez, Lasell (Fr., GK - Peabody, Mass.)
Rodriguez recorded a 2-0 record with a 2.63 goals against average and a .765 save percentage with 13 saves in a pair of non-conference wins for Lasell. She made nine saves on 12 shots as Lasell rallied from two goals down to defeat previously undefeated WPI in overtime on Tuesday, 4-3, and she made four saves on five shots in the first half Thursday in Lasell's 3-2 win over UMass Dartmouth.
WEEK 5 HONOR ROLL
Libby Pomerleau, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Junior, F - Limerick, Maine) - Pomerleau tallied three goals and three assists for nine total points in a 3-0 week for the Monks. The junior forward enjoyed a career day with three goals and two helpers for eight points in a one-sided win over Salem State on Monday.
Emma Rutledge, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Fr, F - Alfred, Maine) - Rutledge tallied four goals and an assist for nine total points in a 3-0 week for the Monks. The freshman forward scored a pair of goals in wins over Salem State and Southern Maine.
Lily D'Anna, Simmons (Sophomore, F - Woodstock, Vt.) - In the Sharks only match of the week, the sophomore tallied the first two goals of the match, including the game-winner in a 6-0 victory over Rivier University on September 29.
