(March 23, 2012) – Fifth-year head coach Mitch Oliver of the Albertus Magnus men’s basketball team has been named one of the 10 finalists for the 2012 Glenn Robinson National Coach of the Year award. The Glenn Robinson Award is presented annually to the top Division III men’s basketball coach in the nation.

(February 27, 2012) – The No. 15 Albertus Magnus men’s basketball team will travel to Middlebury, Vt. to take on Saint Joseph’s College Long Island in the First Round of the NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Championship. The Falcons’ tournament opener will take place on Friday, March 2 at 5:30p.m. at Middlebury College.

(February 18, 2012) – The Albertus Magnus men’s basketball team earned their program-record 24th win on Saturday afternoon with a 75-62 victory over Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in Great Northeast Athletic Conference action. With the victory, the Falcons improve to a perfect 18-0 in the league as they are the only team in GNAC men’s basketball history to finish undefeated in regular-season conference play.
