Erin Moriarty (Emerson College) and Nicole Peacock (Rivier College) have both received the GNAC Women’s Volleyball Weekly Honors.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Erin Moriarty, Emerson College, SO, Higganum, CT

Erin Moriarty has led Emerson to an undefeated 4-0 week with all wins coming from GNAC matches. The Connecticut native averaged 1.47 kills and 1.2 blocks per set and it was her efforts in the last week that secured Emerson with at least a tie for first place in the GNAC regular season standings.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Nicole Peacock, Rivier College, FR, Warwick, RI

Nicole Peacock broke the Rivier single season block record. The old record consisted of 67 blocks and Peacock surpassed it during a 302 victory over Colby-Sawyer. Peacock also had impressive numbers with a season and match high of 18 kills in the 3-2 victory over Vassar College.
