Diamond Doe (St.Joseph CT) and Karissa Doyon (Norwich) have earned Great Northeast Athletic Conference Women's Basketball weekly honors.

Player of the Week

Karissa Doyon, Norwich, Sr., Beecher Falls, VT

Norwich’s Karissa Doyon showcased her talent in the non-conference game against the Middlebury Panthers by netting 20 points after shooting 7-for-15 on the floor. The senior went 2-for-2 in three pointers and a perfect 4-for-4 in free throws.

Rookie of the Week

Diamond Doe, Saint Joseph (CT), Fr., Lynn, MA

The Bluejays’ Diamond Doe scored a career-high of 19 points in 17 minutes coming off the bench in St. Joseph’s only game of the week. In the 75-28 victory over Bay Path College, the rookie went 8-for-14 from the floor, including 3 three-pointers. She also produced four steals, four rebounds and two assists.
