NFCA Announces 2010 All-Academic Softball Teams and Scholar Athletes

National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced Tuesday the All-Academic Teams and Scholar Athletes for the 2010 season. Emerson, Simmons and St. Joseph's Maine were nationally ranked in Division III for their cumulative GPA.

National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced Tuesday the All-Academic Teams and Scholar Athletes for the 2010 softball season. Emerson, Simmons, and St. Joseph's Maine were nationally ranked in Division III for their cumulative GPA. Emerson College placed amongst the top, ranking 3rd in the country with a GPA of 3.535. Simmons College placed 30th with a GPA of 3.359, and St. Joseph’s Maine finished 83rd with a GPA 3.088. Overall there were 94 colleges and universities ranked in Division III.
