Joe Connor (JWU) and Matt Ross (JWU) have earned GNAC Men’s Golf Weekly Honors.

RUNNER OF THE WEEK

Joe Connor, Johnson & Wales, So., Lakeville, MA

The Wildcats’ Joe Conner shot a 156 (76-80) to finish in a tie for 40th place at the New England Intercollegiate Golf Association Championship on Monday and Tuesday of last week. The sophomore helped lead Johnson and Wales to a tie for 18th place in the 37 team field.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Matt Ross, Johnson & Wales, Fr., Marshfield, MA

Another Wildcat, Matt Ross, was honored as rookie of the week after he shot a 166 (81-85) to finish in a tie for 117th place at the New England Intercollegiate Golf Association Championship. Alongside his teammate, he contributed to Johnson & Wales 18^th place finish out of the 37 teams.
