GNAC Awarded NCAA Grant, Internship Now Available

The NCAA Division III Ethnic Minority & Women’s Internship Grant Program has awarded the GNAC a two-year grant. This is the second time the GNAC has been awarded the grant. The NCAA grant will allow the GNAC to hire a 10-month full-time individual to fill the role as Assistant Commissioner for two years.

The position will provide the intern the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the management of the day-to-day operations of a college conference. Responsibilities include implementation of sportsmanship program, SAAC coordinator, organization of GNAC community coaching clinics, championships, awards, compliance, finance, sports information, plus several additional items.
