Player of the Week
Kory Ferullo (Rochester, N.H.), Sophomore, Outfield, Johnson & Wales University
Ferullo helped JWU to a perfect 4-0 week, hitting .500 with eight runs and four RBI. In the double header sweep against Thomas, he went 5-for-8 with two runs and two RBI. Hit the game-winning RBI single in the Wildcats 7-6 extra innings win in the nightcap of the twin bill against Thomas while going 3-for-5 in the win.
Pitcher of the Week
Chad Rafferty (Keene, N.H.), Senior, Pitcher, Saint Joseph's College (ME)
Rafferty posted his second shutout in as many starts on the season with seven brilliant innings in a 5-0 victory over UMass.-Boston on Friday. The senior right-hander allowed just four hits and no walks while fanning six to tie the Monks' all-time wins record (23), a mark that has stood for 27 years.
Rookie of the Week
Jeremy Ball (Swanzey, N.H.), Freshman, Outfield, Rivier University
Ball went 3-for-6 in the only two games for the Raiders this week. He helped them to a 3-2 win over Mass Maritime, going 2-for-4 with a run scored. In the 1-0 loss, Ball was 1-for-2 and worked two base on balls while playing errorless defense in right field.
