2013-14 GNAC Commissioner’s Cup Winners Announced

BOSTON, Mass. – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the 2013-14 winners of the Commissioner's Cup, an award given annually to the top performing Male and Female athletic programs. For the third consecutive year, Simmons College earns the Female honor while on the Men's side, Johnson & Wales University claims a share of the crown for the seventh consecutive campaign.

The Sharks earned a total of 26 points in the Cup standings behind GNAC Championships in Women's Tennis and Swimming & Diving and a runner-up performance in Softball.

The Wildcats registered a total of 24 points in the Cup standings with the support of a Men's Soccer title and GNAC Semifinal appearances by Baseball, Men's Basketball and Men's Tennis.
