Suffolk Tops 2010 GNAC Men's Tennis Preseason Poll
For the second year in a row, Suffolk University has been chosen as the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Men’s Tennis preseason favorite in a vote conducted by GNAC coaches. Emerson came in second place, with Johnson & Wales, Norwich, and Albertus Magnus rounding out the remaining teams in the 2010 preseason poll. MORE>>

Steve Counihan Named Suffolk University Men's and Women's Tennis Head Coach
The Suffolk University Athletic Department has announced that Steve Counihan will return as Head Coach for both Women’s and Men’s Tennis in 2009-2010. Counihan returns after leading Women’s Tennis to a 2007 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship.

Men’s Tennis Tournament Set, Emerson Earns Top Seed
The 2009 GNAC Men’s Tennis pairings are now available. The Emerson College Lions earned the first with a perfect 4-0 GNAC record and 7-3 record overall. The Lions enter the tournament on a five game win streak.

Suffolk University Men's Tennis Tabbed Preseason Favorite
Suffolk University has been chosen as the men’s tennis preseason favorite of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference in a vote conducted by the league’s coaches. The Rams, who finished 3-1 in conference play and 8-5 overall last season, received three first place votes and a total of 22 points in the GNAC men’s tennis preseason poll.

JWU Men’s Tennis Wins GNAC Championship
Weymouth, Mass.—The Johnson & Wales men’s tennis team captured the 2008 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship with a 5-4 victory against Suffolk at the Weymouth Tennis club on Saturday evening. Senior Stuart Fodiman (Oakville, Conn.) was named the Most Valuable Player of the tournament.
