Player of the Week

Eric LaBatte     Saint Joseph's (ME)     Rochester, NH     SO
LaBatte hit .435 and blasted two home runs with 10 RBI's in a 4-5 southern swing for the Monks and heads north riding a 10-game hitting streak dating back to last season. The sophomore outfielder was 2-4 with a double and four RBI's against Skidmore College 3/12.

Rookie of the Week

Dan Achorn    Saint Joseph's (ME)     Bow, NH     FR
Achorn started five games at shortstop for the Monks and hit .385 while playing solid defense. The freshman was 2-4 with a pair of RBI's in a win over SUNY-Cobleskill 3/14.

Pitcher of the Week

Pat Moran     Saint Joseph's (ME)     Winterport, ME     JR
Moran started his junior campaign by posting a 1.32 ERA with 12 strikeouts while scattering six hits and no walks in 13.2 innings. The tall righthander threw eight innings of shutout ball, allowing just two hits while fanning nine, to earn the win against St. Joseph's (NY) 3/13.
