About Saint Joseph's College of Maine
Saint Joseph’s College, located on the shores of Sebago Lake just west of Portland, Maine’s largest city, and two hours north of Boston, has an enrollment of 1,000 full-time undergraduate students.
Athletics at Saint Joseph’s continues to be one of the cornerstones of the SJC community. Varsity sport teams, intramurals, recreation, club sports, Student Athlete Advisory Committee, academic support, game management, camps and clinics – all find their home in SJC athletics.
Our new membership in the GNAC immediately adds excitement and new rivalries to the history and winning tradition of the Monks.
Intercollegiate athletics at SJC provides our students with outstanding athletic ability an opportunity to excel in amateur competitive sports, while pursuing the ultimate goal of completing their college degrees. It is also a way for students, faculty, staff and alumni to come together in a show of school spirit.
