Devyn Frank of Mount Ida College was near perfect in five matches through 61 attempts throughout the week. Overall, Frank’s efforts led the Mustangs to 4-1 for the week. The Mystic native was impressive with zero errors and succeeding in 34 of 61 attempts and had a hitting percentage of .557. Frank also led the team in 14 solo blocks for the week.

Emerson’s Jamie Morgan is regarded as defensive specialist and was successful in helping her team finish 3-1 for the week with victories over GNAC teams Albertus Magnus and Suffolk. Although the team did record a loss to NEWA fifth-ranked team from Amherst College, the freshman standout was still able to record 3.4 kills per game.
