Emerson SAAC Contributes to Haiti Relief Fund

Once again the Emerson College SAAC (Student Athletic Advisory Committee) was extremely successful in an initiative called, "Pen nies for the Poor." In this program, each athletic team is responsible for collecting spare change over the course of two weeks, and in turn the team with the most money is allowed to choose the charity they would like to send the entire sum of donations. They raised an astounding $638.54, led by the women's lacrosse team ($137.55), which will be donated to the Haiti Relief Fund.
