      <description>For the fourth time in the history of the Mount Ida College men&#x2019;s lacrosse program the Mustangs will be heading to the NCAA tournament to face Bowdoin College this coming Wednesday (May 9, 2012) at Howard Ryan Field in Brunswick, Maine with game time slate for 7:00 p.m.   Ninth year Head Coach Andrew Fink will head to post-season action after capturing their second straight Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) championship over Norwich University winning 7-4 back on April 29, 2012.  Before joining the GNAC two seasons ago the Mustangs were six-time North Atlantic Conference (NAC) title winners combining for eight league championships through Fink&#x2019;s nine seasons.</description>

      <description>Thursday, May 3, 2012 (Newton, Massachusetts) - With the final home game at Mount Ida Athletic Stadium wrapped up with the men&#x2019;s lacrosse team capturing their second straight Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) title win last two Sunday&#x2019;s ago, it was time for Mount Ida President Lance Carluccio and the Athletic Department to break ground on the construction of a new artificial turf stadium.  Thursday afternoon before the 23rd Annual Athletic Banquet, the College broke ground to start the project set to be finished before the start of the 2012 fall season.</description>

      <description>Sunday, April 29, 2012 (Newton, Massachusetts) - In the 2012 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) men&#x2019;s lacrosse title game Sunday afternoon, Mount Ida College (15-4, 8-1 GNAC) ninth year Head Coach Andrew Fink and his second seeded squad captured a 7-4 victory over visiting fourth seed Norwich University (12-7, 6-3 GNAC) for their second consecutive GNAC title win.  The Mustangs will venture into their fourth ever trip to the NCAA tournament in a week and a half&#x2019;s time with their opponent to be announced.  The title victory was also their 15th of 2012 breaking the all-time record for wins in a season set back in 2006 also skippered by Fink.</description>
