Emmanuel College women’s basketball team travels to China

The Emmanuel College women’s basketball team travels to China over the winter break. The trip marks one of the most significant trips ever taken by a GNAC team.

During the trip, the Saints have the opportunity to play against Beijing University, Beijing Sports University, and Tsinghua University, as well as tour the numerous historic sites around the country. Guided excursions to the Forbidden City, Great Wall, Beijing Zoo and the 2008 Olympic facilities are just some of the locations scheduled during the Saints' stay from December 28th to January 4th. A total of 39 members of the Emmanuel community will take part in the trip, including players, coaches, staff, family and friends.
